Surprise a new post!!!!
Marian and I did our first Triathlon. We had a great time and can't wait to do it again next year. We both beat our personal goals and most importantly we didn't finish last. My overall time was 1:31:52 and Marian's was 1:41:05.

Anyway. WOW Congrats. That looks like great fun! I think I've decided that I'm going to run in the Boston Marathon. I've just started training. Come join me.

How fun. That get's me pumped for the May triathlon. Guess I better get walking fast.....
Just looking at this blog makes me want to get up off the couch and run. Wait... nope I'm still here. Great job, I'm look for a March/April one here locally in Denver. Thanks for the inspiration and the posting.
and for a minute or two I thought the guy in the green shirt was my brother Steven... Then I got off my couch and looked closer. Too bad.
