A post from Marian...
All right, here's just a little post to get me started and I promise not to be too wordy (like Cosmo) ha ha! What do I like about where I live...The number one thing would have to be springtime..and the fall. It starts to warm up and we have beautiful days for the last half of March and through May before it starts to get humid. It stays warm through October. This makes for some great time spent outside, for playing at the park with my kids, planting my garden, and walking with friends. I'll have to post pictures of all this. I love the people and right now I am taking an exercise class two times a week (did you know there were so many muscles in your body...I didn't...ouch!) It is a great class and I am starting to tone up...a little...yeah! I have started walking with my friend and there are a lot of great hills in our subdivision as well as the pond. Love it! Oh, I also love the church out here...our bishop is so hot! I guess I shouldn't say that...but since he's my husband I can get away with that. Seriously, though, I have never seen people and communities pull together as they have for our friends who just lost their 3 1/2 month old baby. Is that enough for a start? I will be checking back for the next topic. Now...respond away!

Good to hear from you! Oh how I would love to go for a walk with another girl. There is nothing like walking and girl-talking! Instead i will continue to walk at a snails pace while dragging the kids along.
I'm glad that you have great weather and can get outside to enjoy nature. I'm hoping that it will warm up here so I can get outside and start my MEGA garden.
p.s. The 2nd counselor in our ward is HOT!
Pond? Fishing hole? Ducks? This sounds like a great topic, one day go there are reflect on life in the ripples of the water and share your thoughts with us on...humidity. I can't wait to get a little more of it and get away from this dry air. It seems our lives have flipped in that way. Love that your posting.
